Mr. Robert-Victor Kutchka was born in Texas in 1912. His parents were Peter & Tina Kutchka who were born in Texas. Mr. Robert-Victor Kutchka's siblings are: brother - August Kutchka In 1930 Mr. Robert v. Kutchka's family were neighbors of JULIAN GALE. I am trying to find information on the family of JULIAN GALE.
