I had the following relatives about whom I have limited information. I would appreciate communicating with anyone who knew them, where they went to church,worked, neighbors, photos etc. Homer "Mac" McCormick who was born in 1903 acc. to his death certificate in Yell co., Ark. and died in Snyder, Scurry county, Texas in 1973. He told me that he had worked in the oil fields as a rig builder. I liked him very much. Homer married my aunt, Mona Davis McCormick, and they lived in Snyder, Scurry co., Texas for some years. Mona was born in 1905 in Love co., Oklahoma and died in 1972 of a stroke in Snyder. I don't know where she or Homer are buried. I would like to know if she had a Bible or any personal papers of which I could read and/or have copies. I don't have a marriage license for them. Blanche Davis Myers, Mona McCormick's sister lived with them, I think, in Snyder after Blanche's husband died. His name was Ralph C. Myers. He had a heroic record in the First W.W. and some papers, I think, related to his service. He died in the Veterans Hospital in Houston. Blanche Myers died in Snyder, Texas in 1963. She buried in Houston. I loved these three people and as their nephew would like to belatedly honor them with my geneaology research. Best wishes and respectfully, Claude D. Davis, Austin, Texas.
