I am looking for infomatiom on my father James Edgar Payne born 1899,brothers and sister= Sudia,William Robert, Danial,Johnnie Elzia. their father and mother; William L.Payne born 1867,and Octvaine or Victoia [Queen] Lowe or Hogan?? William L.
