I am looking for this family which appeared on the census rolls in 1850 and then they seem to have disappeared... Any information would be appreciated... I am actually researching their son, Wilburn D. (W.D.) Reagan, of Fayetteville, Washington Co., Arkansas who was a prominent lawyer/politician... He was elected to the state legislature in 1836 from Carroll Co. and 1840 from Washington Co... He married Cynthia Duncan in 1837 and they had 5 daughters... He was a judge in a military court during the Civil War... He also was on the 2 man commission with Throckmorton of Texas who attended peace talks with representatives of Indidan tribes at Camp Napoleon in Oklahoma in 1865... He was admitted to the Texas bar to practice law after the war, but he moved back to Arkansas instead. He lived in Waco, TX from about 1877 to 1886 and then moved back to Fayetteville, AR where he died in 1893... Any help tracing his family last reported in Rusk Co, TX would be appreciated...
Thanks...
