Looking for any information on William & Mary (Sims) Henderson. Have just seen a note that Mary (Sims) Henderson died 23 November 1888 at or near Alba, Rains County, Texas. She was born 5 November 1820 in Laurens County, South Carolina and married William Henderson on 16 February 1837 in Henry County, Georgia. Would someone please check for a book of cemeteries showing any at or near Alba, Rains County, Texas and if Mary Henderson and or William Henderson are listed?? Also would appreciate it if someone could check censuses for the area of say 1850-1880. I've been searching for many years without success and this is my first clue to where they went after marriage.
