Well, I checked 1930 census for information on son Foster. Susie wasn't living "with" her son, she was an inmate in the county home and he was living alone as a night watchman.

So, this looks like a match for Foster and gives you name of his father/Susie's husband -- from the TX Dth Idx thru 1976:

In 1900 Foster is a boarder, sgle and living in Cleveland Co, OK. By 1910 he's back in GA, listed as a boarder, married 6 yrs, but no wife in that residence, again listed as a watchman.

[Informant: J.F. Brooks, looks like Foster was the informant]

Obituaries often list survivors and you might find out if Susie had any other children, or if Foster had any children.

On Find a Grave site I do not see a posting for Susie in the Evergreen Cemetery. You might submit a request for a photo of her headstone. But, in 1930 that was hard times, depression and all, she might not have had a headstone, unless one was erected later.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
