Looking for living descendants of James Sinclair Allen, born 1862 died 1935 in Nacogdoches County, TX son of Thomas Hodges Allen and Nancy McKinnon Allen. He married Martha Anne Tabiatha Phillips and had ten children, nine of which survived to adulthood and married. His children are as follows: Millicent L. Allen born 1885 married Wiliam Paul Tubbe Maggie Josephine Allen b.1888 married William Kimmey and Colquit Roby Robert Allen married Myrtie Burrows (my line) Hodges Pinkney Allen, Sr. b.1892 married Willie Dorman Orta Allen b.1895 married Walter Dorman Oma L. Allen b. 1897 married Ernest Faires Arlington Matthew Allen b.1900 married Viola Witt and Pearl Smith Oree Augustus Allen b.1902 married Lillian Hasley ( I have his information) Rachel Allen b. 1904 married L.V. Harris (I have his information) I am writing a book on James Sinclair Allen and have built a website called Nacogdoches Tales honoring him and have posted some of his many newspaper columns.
