Hello Diane! I am a Monk--married into the family but my husband's family is from Jasper Co, TX. His grandfather/grandmother were Benjamin Monk and Grace Horn. G grandparents were Joseph Monk and Sarah Belle Thomas. Sound familiar? I know where most of these in this Monk line are buried also.
