I grew up in Jacksboro, so I also have been in the Eakman Cafe. I did some research on Ancestry.com and learned that Cyrus had 3 wives: 1. Florence Haranghty, marriage date unknown, two children: Maydell Eakman, married Pippin; and Joseph Douglas Eakman, b. 9/11/1898, d. 4/8/1971, married Maria Louise Specht. (I am related through the Spechts - Maria's aunt, Alwine Maria Specht, was my great grandmother; she married Judge Thomas J. Horton, my great grandfather.) 2. Ada Unknown, married before 1918, no children 3. Hattie Caldwell, married about 1926, no children I also researched Thomas Owen and now have him in my Family Tree Maker also. Thanks for alerting me to this information.
