Need any information on WILLIAM SCOTT FOSTER family. Have been unable to find any information on Elsie only told of her birth and death of her mother, Lillie M. Moore, somewhere in Oklahoma in 1891. Other children are Eva May, William Everett, Harvey Scott, Hugh Ernest, Bessie Violet. CLMJLM@leaco.net
