Hello Mrytle, Thanks for your response! Congratulations on starting your family history book. The best advice I could give is to have fun with the research and writing. I'm sure you are aware that to make your book credible to those coming later on, you want to put the sources for all of your facts in the book. I tried to find at least two documents that could independently provide evidence that the information is accurate. Be careful when using the census records as proof of birth place or ages. Lastly, keep an open mind! As a person writing their family history I probably haven't said anything you don't already know.
