Hi Leah,
I first found Thomas, Rebecca and children in 1850 in Post Oak, Johnson Co., MO.
Thomas J., b. PA, 50, farmer.
Rebecca, wife, b. PA. 42.
Clarinda M., b. TN, 18.
Sophia T., b. TN, 15.
Samuel H., b. TN, 13.
Eliza J., b. TN, 11.
Andrew A., b. MO, 8.
Sally R., b. MO, 5.
Hetty, b. MO, 2.

I know that birth info for Thomas and Rebecca isn't what you have but mistakes are often made in the Censuses. Note Andrew A.

In 1860 the family was living in Precinct 2, Dallas Co., TX.

Rebecca, b. TN, 49.
