I understand that the town of Clarksville, Cameron County, was nearly destroyed in a 1867 hurricane. I am descended from the Lattimer (or Latimer) family of Clarksville and need information about that family. Sarah E. Lattimer married 1852 in Clarksville, Cameron County, Texas, to Isham Carroll Barfield. They are my great-great-great-grandparents. Dr. Richard D. Culbertson 6428 Arthur Drive Fort Worth, Texas 76134
