Liz, I have my great great grandfather Jose Angel Loya (1862-1952)whose parents Adriano Loya and Angelita Rodriguez. Adriano's parents are Odocio Lolla (b. 1800) and Celedonia Canales (b. 1804. Their children are Calistra, Dominga, Blas, Alejandra, Luis, Francisco, Miguel, Lazaro, and Matias. There's also an 1850 Census record from Cameron County that lists Odocio's Lolla neighbors as Damiano, Jose Maria, Brigido, and Felipe. Be aware if you're searching, Loya may be spelled Solla, Soya, Loya, and Lolla. Good luck.
