I am searching for information on Plinnie Dawson that resided in Burnet
County for many years and died in 1972. Dawson is not her maiden name(or at
least to my knowledge), but that of her husband. I do know that she had a
son, and I do not have the name of her husband. She did own a house at 304
S. Vandeveer for any years and sold it to a CPA named Steve Ramsey. I am
sure the CPA had it for a few year and likely sold it to other people. I
expect the house was probably sold 30 or 40 years ago, but that's only a
guess. I am more interested in finding out the name of Plinnie Dawson's
husband, and the chance to find a link that has had me stumped for about two
years. But, an obituary could also contain the name of her son, but I'm not
sure what all information is available or where in Burnet to turn. The
information I have is that Plinnie Dawson's husband was my great Grandmother
Susie Dawson's brother. I don't have Susie Dawson's parents name, or her
brother's name. I do have some nicknames for her brother and they called
him "Doll" Dawson. I've also heard the names Moll, and Doc Dawson, but not
sure if these are spinoffs on the nickname or different people. I am
interested in them and any other Dawson's that may have resided in Burnet
County around the 1890, 1900 and 1910's. Unfortunately, my residence in
Albuquerque makes it difficult for me to get there to do more research in
person. I am researching SPENCER, TAYLOR,DAWSON,GOODBREAD,LUKER, and may
be able to help researchers on some of those lines. I do know that Susie
Dawson married William Hays Spencer in late 1899, or early 1900 and they
settled in Kimble County. I could use and would appreciate any help I could
get.

Thanks,
