Found a rather obscure reference in the State Archives of Texas, and can't seem to place this particular Routh. It is a letter, dated 1917, stating that, A.H. Routh enlisted as a private in Company G, Brown County Minute Men of Texas commanded by Lt. Geo. H. Adams. He enlisted on 29 September 1873, and was discharged 29 March 1874.
