I am searching for any information on the Terflinger/Turflinger family that was in Crawford,Seneca cos,Ohio in the early 1800's.In 1834 a Jacob Terflinger bought 40 acres of land fron a Joel Berry .I know this Terflinger/Turflinger family has to be connected to the Terflinger family that later appears in Cheboygan Co,Mich.The Terflinger/Turflinger I am Interested in is John that md.Susannah Berry May 26,1839.I am trying to find the names of their children to see if they are the Terflingers that lived in and around my Berry family,in Cheboygan Co.Michigan .A James b. Terflinger bought land in the same twp,same section of land ,my James A. Berry the younger son of my George w.Berry & Magdalena Bixler,Berry .There are a mob of Terflingers buried in Cheboygan Mich& some buried in the same cemetery as George & Magdalena Berry.There is also some buried in the Methodist Cemetery Seneca,Co.Ohio.If anyone out there knows any thing about the names I have mentioned please contact me at. busler59@yahoo.com Thank you.
