Dated 10 June 1825, Probated 12 Mar 1827 Exec Isaac Tucker, Philip Axtell Wit Ralph St. John; James Woods (did not appear) Bene; Sons; eldest sons Isaac; Tempest; Joseph. James and Thomas. Dau's Rachel Ruth; Mary Elizabeth and Hannah; son in law Philip Axtell Mentions James now absent. Joseph Condict, Esq. appeared as witness. Hope it helps in your search.
