"Tucker" and "Tuttle" are close. I have found my Pack relatives as Pack, Peck, Pick, Pock, Puck, Park and Pork. The marriage record I cited said she was Mrs. Lethia Tuttle, which hints that Tuttle was her married name. The WV State Archives page I gave a link to had a massive number of Roane county marriages. If you found she was a Tuttle independently of the marriage record, great! If not, I'd treat it with suspicion; Tuttle could have been her married name, not maiden.
