I wish I had more info. Really the only info I have is that he lived in Georgia. Possibly in Richmond County. His daughter, my great great grandmother, was Barbara Ellen Tucker. She had several siblings: Aubrey, Tilton, Miller, Dorsey, & Etta. Hope this info helps.
