Florence Tucker was born in Birmingham, AL around 1900 to Joseph M. and Mary Tucker, married 1894, Jefferson Co., AL. Joseph M. and Mary were born abt. 1874. In addition to Florence the couple had Joseph, Grace, Thelma, and Ruth by 1910. Joseph M. Tucker's parents were G.B. and Mary J. Tucker. G.B. Tucker was born in GA abt. 1818. The G.B.probably stood for "George B." As a favor I am trying to help a man now in his 80's to learn more about his family. His mother was Florence, and she passed away early, leaving him to be raised by foster parents in Georgia. I would appreciate hearing from anyone connected to this family.
