I have been able to trace my trudeau roots back 13 generations to Robert Truteaux dit Sagettelle in la rochelle, France. Robert was Ettiene's great great grandfather. After Etteine went to Canada and had 10 sons, two daughters most of us are some how related here in the US. I am the daughter of Bernard son of Vivian son of Albert son of Siffroy. Siffroy came to Manteno Illinois with his children and settled there. I am looking for any information on him. He was born in Longueuil, Quebec, Canada on 30 Jul 1829 and died in Manteno, Illinois.
