Thanks for the information on "Gathland State Park". I live in Dorchester County Maryland, and this looks like it might be worth a ride out there. There is a Civil War battlefield along the way, Monacacy, where my great-grandfather John Townsend was wounded during Jubal Early's attempt at taking Washington, DC.
