Norrita, I have a Lucius Gillespie Tong b. 1 Aug, 1842 in Fairfield Co., OH and died 12 Apr 1908 in South Bend, In. My notes include "Law professor at Notre Dame and later Vice-President , St. Joseph's Bank Died and buried in South Bend, In" but nothing about being mayor of South Bend.
