I do not know of your specific Tolley, but I am the ggggrandaughter of Ann Eliza Tolley(Staats)whose father,Wm. Tolley died 26 February 1858 in Roane County. I am curious about the link of the WV Tolleys and the change of spelling from Tolla to Tolley.
