Would love to share what info I have with you, and see also what you have. The earliest Eaves I can find (and the founder of our line) is Jonathan William Eves, born 1615, came to Virginia in 1636 with his sister, Elizabeth, and her husband, Henry Southwell. Jonathan married Elizabeth Graves, daughter of Capt. Thomas Graves, who arrived in America around 1607. Jonathan's only son, William, also married a Graves, a girl named Flora. I have quite a bit of info on the Eaves, but would dearly love to fill in a few gaps. Also, need more info on the Graves family, as the two families continue to intermarry. My direct Eaves ancestor, William the 4th, married Susannah Hampton. Susannah had a brother named Noah, and also a grandson. Hope we can help each other. Thanks!
