You are going about this the right way. Newspapers are kept on microfilm. If you don't live in the area you can do an interlibrary loan with Clyde W. Roddy Public Library Dayton, Tennessee. http://www.clydewroddy.org/ have it sent to a library in your area with a machine that you can read microfilm on. I can't find Ray Springs, Tennessee on google this address did come up. at Ray Springs, Tennessee; died 23 December 1932, probably in Cotter(49)], (Cotter is in Arkansas??) try Trout Capital News -- Cotter, AR -- location is northcentral Arkansas on the White River. http://www.dailyearth.com/USNews/arkansas.html
