Have you heard of this Nolan family or Barsheba Nolan/Noland b c late 1780s in TN?

A John Noland/Nolan died in Wm'son. Co., TN in 1807, A will/estate sale of sorts was left. No children were listed; a surviving wife Ester was listed. A Thomas and Wm Hooker were the agents for the estate. We feel this is our Thomas and Wm Hooker b c late 1770s in NC (Their father thought to be from Patrick Co.,VA and b c 1750s.) They ar thought to be born in western NC or that area of NC that later became TN. Some Hookers, thought to be from this family were in Carter Co.,TN when it was started - I noticed some Nolans listed in carter Co.,TN early on? Thomas and WM are listed from 1801-1813 in Wm'son Co., TN on the tax rolls.

The younger brother (of Thomas and W Hooker), Samuel, b c 1783 in NC, married a Barsheba Nolan/Noland c 1810 in TN (she was b TN). We cannot find a record of the marriage; their first son was b c 1812 in TN, and then the family moved to Hopkins Co., KY where Samuel had lived with brothers Robert and George Hooker since c 1806 (Sam is on the land records through 1809 then again in 1813-1816 in Hopkins Co., KY/). Could Barsheba be a child of this above listed John Nolan or related in some way?

Four of the Hooker brothers, including Samuel (and Barsheba Nolan Hooker), moved to Franklin Co., AL c 1816. Some Nolans lived in that county at least by a later date - one was a John Noland, thought to be from TN?? Lauderdale Co., AL (where one Noland lived?) is just N of Franklin Co.,AL, and I think those counties bordered in the early yrs. We think that the Nolans and Hookers could have been previously related in some way - maybe from back in VA. I noticed lots of Nolans in Pittsylvania and Patrick Co., VA.

Any info on these Nolans would help and be appreciated.
