There is a death certificate in the Tenn State Library and Archives on a W. P. Bailey, who died Sept. 23, 1915, of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. His father is Josh Bailey; the informant (L.N. Stubblefield of Burlison, Tn) does not provide the name of the mother (however, there is a marriage in Tipton County between a Joshua Baley and an Elizabeth Cannon January 3, 1867). The place of burial is not listed. A date of birth is not given.
