i am searching for information on my gg grandparents. They were Mattie A. Loftin Sowell and William Burr Sowell. Mattie was born November 11, 1845 and died June 24, 1923. She is buried in the East View Cemetery in Union City Tennessee. She married William Burr Sowell in Maury County Tennessee in 1870. William burr Sowell was born March 27, 1843 and died April 26, 1911. He is also buried in the East View Cemetery in Union City Tennessee. Thier son William Clarence Sowell(2/15/1875-6/11/1940) is my great grandfather. William and Mattie moved to the Union City area in approxamiately 1880.
