Hey you big doof!
you need to start putting your middle name on there somewhere so I can differentiate from all the other tom tierneys out there. I found grampas patent on line (1,216,184). It states that he was living in metcalf, az in 1916 to 1917. That would make him about 31 to 32 years old. I found a website that says metcalf was in greenlee county in eastern az. Now, its a ghost town, but back in the day, it was a big time copper mine. It had a post office from 1899 to 1930 something. I figure grampa was diamond core drilling for copper or some bullpoop. I was wondering why he was inventing stuff and not in the war. Wasn't WWI from 1914 to 1918?

P. S. when are you going to pilot knob mo?
