I'm also looking for information regarding a Michael Tierney. My Michael Tierney was born about 1821 and lived in Inishbofin, Galway, IRE. He was married to Marie Scofield. They had 5 children (John b. 1852, Katherine b.1853, Delia b. 1854, Peter b. 1855, and Annie b.1864) It could be possible that he married someone else because this is the only information I have.
