The James Tierney in my family history is my great great grandfather. He was born in 1852 (Supposedly from Cork Ireland) and died in Colorado in 1905. I have no information on his family. He married a woman named Anastasia and they had four children named: James jr., John, Florance and Margaret Ethel. As far as I am aware, they lived for many years in Colorado. My grandmother was born in Leadville, Colorado in 1909. If this sounds like there is a connection, please let me know.
