Nancy, My great grandmother was Bridget Tierney who married Arthur Owens and immigrated to the US in 1857 settling in Keene Valley, NY. Her father was Dennis Tierney who I don't know if he ever came to this country. I am also rlated to Farleys who married Tools/O'Tooles/Tooles. We are probably connected somehow but do not know at this point from the info availble. My ancestors ar scattered throughout Keen Valley , Black Brook, Saranac, in short Cinton County and Essex County. I would like to compare notes with you.
