I posted to this forum before I was told that my ancestors were from Tipperary or Wexford. Peter Tierney b. abt. 1835 in Ireland m. Judith or Julia Gaffny & settled in North Yorkshire. There are quite a lot of us, and I'm still researching sideways. If you have heard of any Peters around this time, I'd be pleased to hear from you. Kind regards Simon Tierney
