Leona Thurston married Frank Arthur Tipps in McGill, White Pine, Nevada about 1917. He is listed living there on his World War Draft Card and they had a son Arthur Leroy born 10 Nov 1918 McGill. They divorced and she married Gilbert Hoover. In 1920 Leona is living in Utah as Leona Tipps with her son. In 1930 Leona is married to George and they live in Eugene , Oregon. Arthur Leroy is listed as a Hoover. did Arthur keep the Hoover name or Tipps ?? Any help appreciated.
