I have been reading histories of the Terrell and Lynch families and came across this Quaker History of Lynchburg, VA by Ed Marsh on the internet. http://www.geocities.com/edmarsh.geo/formationsrmm.html There seems to be some confusion about them, and I wondered if this might be a possible clarification. Charles Lynch married Sarah Clarke, daughter of Capt. Christopher Clarke. Charles Lynch died in 1753, leaving Sarah a 38-year old widow with six children. ONE Micajah Terrell married Sarah Lynch in 1754 (the year after Charles Lynch died). Could he have married the widow Sarah Clarke Lynch?
