Marlene, Greetings, Regarding the same Adison Tennis and Lucinda Laney, my gr-gr grandad is Wilson Tennis (son of Adison.) My great dad is Jesse Wilson Tennis, b. 1869 or b. 1879. There is a conflict in his birthdate. I have a William Tennis (b 1840 in Oh, married to a Melvina Matthews who had at least two children named Lydia A and Jessie W.. This is documented in the Forsythe Township, Taney Co. Missouri in the 1870 Census, pg. 335. I love love to talk with you or share emails about our research.
