Can anyone help, I am researching John William Telford (known as Jack) who was born in Gateshead/Newcaslte in 1777. He married his cousin Margaret (or Mammie) and migrated to South Africa with his Aunties, who married into the Whites, Middlemarts (or Middlesmasts?), and Evans family, who all came from Walker/Byker into the Tynemouth district.
