I am looking for more information on this family. STEPHENS,James S. b. abt. 1802 married Thursey ? possibly in TN. They are found in 1850 in Livingston Co. KY with children: Andrew 21 b TN William 19 b TN John 15 b TN Mahaley 11 b TN Lucinda 11 b KY James 9 b KY Francis (F) 7 b. KY Digeaon (M) 5 b KY (shows up in later census records as Simon/Sim) Mansfield 3 b. KY In 1860 they are found in Johnson Co. IL James S STEPHENS 59 Thursey 52 Francis M 18 Simon 13 Thomas M 10 Maderian M 7 (F) b. IL In 1870 Thursey and Sim are still listed together as a household in Johnson Co.
