I have been researching WATTS who were in the Hall-Lumpkin Counties of GA in 1820-1830-1840's prior to 1849 when they migrated to North Alabama. This information is available from the Dahlonega Court records. Though Starnes is NOT my line, I am posting this information with hopes it will prove helpful to some one.
