Does anyone know anything more on Cordelia Starnes, born ca 1885 in Virginia? She married 1902 in Scott Co. Allen Jackson Carter, son of Elihu T. Carter and Jemima Stanley. Cordelia died 1925 and is buried in Hall's Cemetary in Scott Co.
