Looking for any info on Francis Starkey,born approx 1862 in Chorley,Lancashire,England. He died in 1938 in the same town. He married Nancy Massey 26th Oct 1884 in St George Church in Chorley. I know they had 12 children but would like more details on Francis and Nancy if possible.
