I have information that says Harris married Rachael about 1788. Virginia . They were living in Russell Co., Virginia, in 1787, prior to moving to East Tennessee.
Their children are:

Harrison 1814-1886
Jeremiah 1804-1885
Sarah Jane 1794/95-after 1830's
Page 1801-1878
Minery/minyard 1803-before 1895
Ramey 1811-1868
Wright Lemuel 1806/07-before 1865
Jane 1809/10-1870's

These two were also mentioned as possible children:

Namoney 1798-99-?
David 1790's-?
