Captain Waters enlisted in the army at Flatrock on July 11, 1862. He was a full blood Cherokee and served in K company, 3rd Indian Regiment. He fought under General Stand Watie. Any information on Captain Waters or General Watie would be greatly appreciated. Thank You Ron Price
