I'm tracing Sarah Soper, born Nov. 25, 1863. She married William Elliott, born Sept. 2, 1858. Both born in Ontario, Canada. They are in the 1901 and 1911 census in Oxford South, Oxford West, Oxford County. Children listed are Frank, born May 14, 1886; Eva, born June 5, 1888; Ruby, born Mar 28, 1900; Norman, born April ,1903. It looks like Eva is the same person as Pearl Elliott who married Norman Blatchford Dec. 16, 1906 in Woodstock, Oxford, Ontario. Thank you, Carol
