Bonnie, the county lines in KY shifted. Carter borders Lewis and Greenup. I have that James taught in Lewis county and that is where he met and married Mary Cooley who was one of his students He then taught in Greeenup county, and then moved to Carter. Email me at home bcblevins@msn.com
