It's certainly worth looking at. The problem is; Our government didn't usually list anyone indian in the census records so you need to look into tribal records for people listed in their own census. I can't claim W. T. Sisson as an ancestor at this time. However, there is a possibility that my grandfather has indian blood. That would explain why I not found him in census records. I entered "Cherokee Census" in the search the web area and it brought up a screen that helped me locate information. Hasn't helped me so far. Elizabeth
