Hello, I am Troy Singleton my father was Allen Cleo Singleton and His was Herbert Singleton and his father was Allen Singleton from what we gather Ill. We are not real sure. The story we got was he got mad at his parents and hit the mississippi river and came to Arkansas. We are all from Eastern Arkansas near the river so this is very possible. My father and his were commercial fisherman and so was his father at times. He spent a lot of time in the log woods. Would be nice if someone else was looking also.\ Also looking for John Metzger family that is buried in Ethel Arkansas. Was married to Annie and that is about all we know.
