Colleen--I also research Cyrus and I found him on the 1870 census in Nicholas County Kentucky, Morefield postoffice listed as: Cyrus Simmond 68 J h -------- 30 Adeline------- 67 We had corresponded once about Cyrus and the Lancaster Simmons and I don't remember your having this census record- Old Cyrus sho got around----------charlie simmons
